inmod solicits product reviews to help customers judge the quality and fitness of the products that we sell on our web site. While we strive to publish every product review, reviews are first screened for compliance with our approval policy before publishing.

We will remove/reject reviews according to the following criteria:

• Offensive language, personal insults, hate speech or other offending content will cause a review to be rejected.

• Product Review content should be specific to a customer's experience with the product that is being reviewed. Review content that is not specific to a customer's experience with the reviewed product will be rejected.

• We will reject content that breaks any laws in countries where we operate. This includes copyright law, so please do not submit copyrighted information with your review.

• Customer Reviews will not be accepted if we determine that the reviewer has an undisclosed conflict of interest in reviewing the product. For example, if we find that a review was written by the product manufacturer, a vendor of the product or a competitor of the product, we may deem this to be a conflict of interest and reject the review.
• However, we may provide an alternative channel for vendors or manufacturers to provide reviews where their company affiliation is fully disclosed alongside the review content on our web site.

• Please do not include any email address, full name or other personally identifying information (about yourself or another individual) with your review content. Including such information will cause a review to be rejected.

• We use software that monitors review submissions for indications of deception including reviews from customers who did not purchase the product, reviews for multiple products coming from a single source, reviews submitted under multiple names, etc.
• When we can verify with a high level of confidence that a reviewer has purchased a product based on matching email addresses, digital signatures or other factors, the review is displayed with a "Verified Buyer" icon.
• A review may be rejected if we have reasonable suspicion that the review is not genuine.

• We may make minor edits to review content for punctuation, spelling, capitalization and other stylistic changes that do not alter the intent or meaning of the review.
